We ask for at least 48 hours before your requested delivery date so we can get your totes cleaned, packed, and routed to you. During busy moving season, a little extra lead time is always appreciated.

Someone needs to be available to receive the totes at delivery. For pickup, if you have a safe spot to leave them stacked and empty, we can often arrange a contactless pickup — just ask when you book.
Accidents happen — normal wear and tear is expected. If a tote is damaged beyond reuse, we'll talk it through with you directly; there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
